A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to notarize documents. Instead of visiting a bank or office, I come to your home, workplace, hospital, assisted living facility, or another convenient meeting place throughout Idaho's Treasure Valley.

Need service outside these areas? Contact me! I may be able to accommodate appointments outside my standard service area for an additional travel fee.
Idaho notarial acts are $5 each. Standard appointments also include a $25 mobile service fee and travel calculated at $1 per round-trip mile from my standard starting point in Nampa. Additional charges may apply for specialized locations, witnesses, after-hours appointments, holidays, extended waiting, parking, or tolls. Your complete price will be provided and approved before your appointment is confirmed.

When reaching out, it's helpful to include:
- The city where you'd like to meet
- The type of document you need notarized (if known)
- Your preferred date and time
- The number of documents needing notarization
To protect everyone involved, all signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID.
Acceptable forms of identification include:
- Driver's License
- State-Issued Identification Card
- U.S. Passport
- Military Identification Card
If you're unsure whether your identification is acceptable, please contact me before your appointment.
No.
Please wait until I instruct you to sign your documents during the appointment. Many notarizations require the notary to witness the signing in person.
Having your documents completed—but unsigned—helps ensure the notarization is performed correctly.
Yes.
Every person whose signature is being notarized must be physically present during the appointment.
Each signer must also provide valid identification so their identity can be properly verified before the notarization is completed.
Some documents require one or more witnesses in addition to a notary.
If your document requires witnesses, please let me know when scheduling your appointment. In many cases, you will need to provide your own witnesses, so it's best to discuss this ahead of time to ensure everything is prepared before the appointment.
