Standard Mobile Appointment

$25 mobile service fee
Covers scheduling, reserved appointment time, and mobile service.

$1 per round-trip mile
Calculated from my standard starting point in Nampa, Idaho.

$5 per notarial act
Charged only for notarial acts completed.

Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Appointments canceled more than four hours in advance do not have a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than four hours’ notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

If an appointment is canceled after travel begins, or the signer is unavailable when I arrive, the applicable service fee and travel charges remain due.

Service and travel charges also remain due if the notarization cannot be completed because of missing identification, absent witnesses, incomplete documents, signer unwillingness or awareness concerns, or denied facility access. The $5 notarial fee is only charged for notarial acts actually completed.

Additional Services

Hospital, hospice, or assisted-living appointment: $50 service fee
This replaces the standard $25 mobile service fee. Travel and notarial acts are additional.

Witness arrangement: $25 per witness
Customers may provide their own qualified witnesses at no charge. Arrangements require at least 24 hours’ notice, advance payment, and are subject to availability.

Additional Fees

Weekend appointments during regular hours do not have an additional fee.

Holiday and after-hours fees are not combined.

All fees are disclosed before booking. Prices may vary based on location, appointment time, facility requirements, number of notarial acts, and other requested services.
